Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A $50 no-show fee will be charged for missed consultations if you fail to attend or do not provide at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule. Please note that consultations scheduled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling or cancellation.

If you no-show for your tattoo or piercing appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a new appointment. If you wish to book again, you will be required to schedule a new appointment and pay a new deposit.

Our artists dedicate their time and effort to each booking. Please be respectful by only scheduling if you are confident in your availability.
