Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A $50 no-show fee will be charged for missed consultations if you fail to attend or do not provide at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule. Please note that consultations scheduled less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling or cancellation.

If you no-show for your tattoo or piercing reservations, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a new appointment. Should you wish to book again, you will need to schedule a new appointment and pay a new deposit.

Our artists dedicate their time and effort to each booking and carefully curate their artist portfolios to reflect their skills. Please be respectful by only scheduling if you are confident in your availability.
